On a recent visit, my order was placed incorrectly, and it should have been a gluten-free pizza since I have celiac disease. Dre immediately stepped in, remade the pizza without hesitation, and handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. This is not the first time I’ve noticed Dre’s excellent customer service—he consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. His positive attitude, quick action, and genuine care truly make a difference. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience, and I left your restaurant not only satisfied but very impressed. I ordered the most delicious gluten-free pizza I have ever had. It was perfect in all ways, and ready on time when I picked it up. Everyone loved it and we will definitely return for more!

I asked the manager if he could use gloves and a separate knife for my gluten free margarita and he did just that! He also offered my daughter a cookie! Ifratellis has the best employees!
