This review comes after probably 5+ bad visits in a row. The reason we keep going back is obvious, its breakfast food 24/7, sometimes you just want a waffle at midnight, and for me needing Gluten Free, there GF option is bait imp going to take every time. Its just so sad that for a place that sells such a highly sought after comfort food, that they cant do better. We have walked out before even being sat on several occasions due to being ignored at the front desk and seeing every single empty table full of dirty dishes. On the occasions we get sat, we endure 10 minuet greet times, 45 minuet food wait times( for pancakes and eggs) and COOOLLLD food. I even asked for my waffle to be put in the microwave last weekend just so it could be edible. Servers are all either so flustered that they cant think straight or they are checked out from knowing that they are swamped and couldn't care less that the food is freezing and service is awful. seems like they leave one server to run the entire floor on nights so its no wonder the food is freezing as it sits in the window for 15 minuets. Not to mention, its not very appetizing to have to eat a meal with ketchup smeared all over the plastic partitions and dripping water for the ceiling. supposedly this place was overhauled after a small fire and smoke damage but you would never know from stepping in here. Whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt and re-staffed.
