IHOP

My husband, myself, and my 4-year-old ended up coming to this IHOP last night and I wanted to write a review because it's been a long time coming. I want to say that first of all we've never been in an IHOP as clean or as well run as this one. Anywhere in the country. We normally don't go to IHOP because most of them are not run well anymore. My son and I happened into this one a year and a half ago during a really bad storm when we ducked in to escape the hail and lightning and have lunch. I was so impressed that we came back again and then again. The service is phenomenal. Better than most dine-in restaurants in the area. There is normally at least a hostess, at least one waitress, and at least a few cooks. Unlike other locations that one or two people are running the whole thing. Everyone here is kind and attentive and seems to like their jobs and customers genuinely. The food is delicious for IHOP food and always well prepared. We do a lot of fine dining normally and that is a totally different experience. But when it comes to IHOP, this is the best one you will find. Even last night, all of our food was cooked perfectly. My husband and son had regular meals while I had gluten-free. Never had a reaction here. Cannot say enough good things about this location and I hope that they continue to do well! Also thought this review might help anybody questioning whether or not to go into IHOP since IHOP tends to not have the best reputation because they tend to be not well run or managed. This one obviously has an incredible manager and owner and we've had nothing but wonderful experiences for the last 1.5 years.

A very nice facility newly renovated facility. Always clean and tables are policed. The service is pretty good but it could use some improvement as far as experience goes. But there is some good servers there. We Dine there semi frequently and really appreciate that one of the managers takes the time to make our meal as we have dietary restrictions that the cooks usually don't pay attention to. Truly appreciate the extra mile that they go and keeping soy out of my diet as well as canola oil. Many times the kitchen staff only knows one way to prepare a meal and that's the only way they'll do it. So I truly appreciate the extra effort this individual goes to and making sure that I don't get my allergens. It would be important to note that for people who need to be gluten free that you need to order your omelets as 3 Cracked Egg omelets. Their omelets are a batter that includes some of their pancake batter in The Omelette batter which means there's flour in the omelettes. So ordering them with three cracked eggs is how you need to do it and then you won't get any flour in your omelette.
