IHOP

This place was a terrible let down. Three orders of pancakes, one kids meal. A kids meal came out, 5 min later a pancake order. We sat waiting for another 20 minutes for two more orders. I don't know if it's incompetence, laziness, or just lack of care, but you never serve split orders. Once we got them, they were cold, and by this point, I wasn't having them. The server was disoriented and inattentive, almost not in reality, more focused on the NCIS show. Yep, twice burned, wont return. Edit: Since our orders were Gluten free pancakes, we learned a couple hours later that they were not, causing my daughter to have an allergic reaction. So we are looking at possible legal actions for the will full negligence.

I have been to many IHOP locations. This one is by far the best. Great food. Never a problem with my orders. Price is right. And they have a great selection of Gluten Free. The pancakes are wonderful.
