I had ended up getting very ill, and just now starting to be able to hold liquids down (3 days later) this has got to be the worse location I've ever been to and this is not the first time this has happened to us but I tried to give them another chance only to be highly disappointed. And I'm sorry but the " manager on duty" didn't know how to do a refund???? How the heck is he even a manager?!?! I will edit my review whenever this problem gets resolved CORRECTLY. And I'm sorry but remaking my ALREADY REMADE order?!? NOT going to happen, I would like a full refund! $65.64 was my total and I to paid in cash.
We went to get our order remade from yesterday because we were given the wrong one...
Upon picking up the food,
Cook was yelling in the kitchen at someone then QUIT and walked out!!!!!!
My pot roast looked more like pulled pork and was ice box cold, like it was left over from yesterday and it was the bottom of the pan scraps not even actual peices of meat,
Pancakes were supposed to be gluten free and came out looking like soggy chewy tortillas thrown in the box with barely anything and missing the toppings
Burger was made with all the things on it instead of packed individually to keep it fresh, and meat is cold in the middle and under cooked
Side salad was the worst excuse for a salad I've ever seen,
I get that your cook quit but that doesn't justify letting this food leave that kitchen like this
Called back and the manager on duty said he didn't know how to give a refund. And they kept my receipt!
I will be contacting the health department.
