IHOP

Hello to all my celiac and gluten free friends. I am a celiac person that does go to IHOP a lot and I enjoy it . Rhiannon was our waitress and she was so knowledgeable about gluten free and so sweet , she also made a note for my allergy . I ate all my food and I'm definitely going back again :)

My waitstaff, Aspen, was amazing, but, the cooks nearly put me in the hospital. I have aggressive Celiac's Disease and just barely noticed that they brought out the wrong pancakes when I saw my burrito bowl had the wrong gravy too. I don't like to make a fuss, but, this could be very dangerous for me. Edit: Never mind. My food was contaminated with gluten. I am extremely sick and will have to cancel all my appointments due to the cooks here not following their own safety procedures. 😡 I was so excited to be able to have my first pancakes in a year and turns out I still can't eat pancakes, because, food safety means nothing to people anymore. 😮‍💨💔 Gluten-Free is not a trend! It's a need! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
