Wednesday breakfast, the place was very busy but I was seated promptly, very friendly server, clean table, allowed me to choose my table, helped me with gluten-friendly menu options... you can ask for an omelet with fresh cracked eggs, (otherwise, they add pancake batter to omelet), I ordered spinach egg omelette with bacon mixed in (it was huge), the GF pancakes were SO delicious 😋 that I didn't even add syrup, everything was excellent, I got an emergency call as soon as my food arrived and the server brought my bill and to-go boxes Pronto...I hadn't eaten at IHOP in 4 years, for no particular reason.... but now I can hardly wait to go get those GF pancakes again 🥞
