First time at an IHOP in probably over a year. Pandemic has changed some things, like condiments in individual packages. We came at a busy time, so had to wait a while (20-25 minutes). Food was fine, although I thought my French toast rather lackluster. Server was good, replaced a mug that had lipstick traces on it without hesitation. She was efficient, which is an excellent quality for servers! Not a lot of room for people waiting for tables, but that's a building issue. The single, double-sided, laminated menu was a surprise, and a bit disappointing, as I was hoping to enjoy a menu item that had been on the old menu. But, I chalk that up to the pandemic, as several restaurants have done the same. I was pleased to see that they do offer gluten-free pancakes, as we have a family member who has celiac disease. I don't know if there is a dedicated cooking station, though, so I would be cautious about cross-contamination with utensils or surfaces that are used on regular menu items that are not gluten-free. Just an FYI, as it is always on my radar. It wasn't the best breakfast, but it was decent and filling!
