The wait time was very long as expected on a holiday, but the staff got us in quick. As a family of 6 plus one guest we had a hard time being accommodated at the small seats. Our server Amina was probably the highlight of our visit. Even faced with the surreal task of 7 people during peak hours, she was still able to take our order and even joke with us all while maintaining a quality attitude and overall good service. As far as the food, during peak ours the kitchen staff is clearly over worked as even though our order took about 55 minutes to be cooked, it all seemed very rushed. The hash-browns were frozen and chalky, the steak tips seemed pre packaged and lifeless and half of the food was cold, dry, or both. The home-fries and waffles were the best thing any of us had tried that day with excellent seasoning on the potatoes and a perfect balance of fluffy yet fulfilling on the waffle. The gluten free options were abundant and came out perfectly decent, much better than most places.
