We come here with some regularity. The food and service is always top tier. I have dietary restrictions, but I’ve never experienced a mid-step with any order! I especially appreciate the gluten friendly pancakes & waffles - delicious & so very fluffy! We also appreciate the 55+ menu. It certainly saves us some coin at this stage of our lives; thank you! I ordered a gluten free pancake plate. And as I was eating it I noticed red splotches in my pancakes. I called and when the phone was a answered, I asked to speak to a manager. the man who answered the phone just moved the phone away from his face and then back and said yes how can I help you. He was not the Manger. Then my husband got the phone because the person on the phone was rude. He asked for a Manger and got Harry. We explained the situation to him and he basically told us he didn't know. The splotches looked like blood. He said theres no blood here, could be strawberry syrup/juice.He clearly didn't care about the issue. His solution was telling us, "You can come back in the morning and get some free pancakes I guess "
