I gave IHOP 4 stars because they offer gluten-sensitive options. I think they have come a far way, and this effort to be inclusive earned them 4 stars. The food food was OK. Went there for breakfast for dinner. Very simple service, ambiance, and overall dining experience. Prices are competitive, and customer service is OK.

They have just a couple of gluten-free options. Gluten-free pancake and gluten-free waffles. The thing to notice they call themselves as gluten friendly and not gluten-free meaning that there can be chances of cross-contamination since they use the same pans.
