IHOP

I have had a very disgusting experience, I was so excited because I got told that they have gluten-free waffles and pancakes, I decided to order the gluten free and ask the server to order me those and ask her 3 times to make sure she order the gluten free waffles, she said yes. When she bring the order I asked her if this was gluten free, she said Yes. I get a bite and start eating and 7 minutes later I ask again, are you sure this are gluten free, she replied to me. YES, I begin to feel funny and nauseating and light headed, I did want to ask again, we got the tickets ans se that she order me the Belgian waffles, so I asked the manager if this was gluten free, she Said No. I explain her what just happened and she said that someone will contact me, 3 days pass and I been feeling miserable and so much pain. I end up going to the hospital because the gluten mess me up, that was on Monday this week, today is Saturday and no one have contacted me with any solution, what should I do? Please I need help
