IHOP

Its a relief to find a restaurant where the response to the phrase "gluten free" is, "yes! Try the following, and look for this symbol on the menu," Great staff!

We expected a wait. That was no issue. However....... it seems a bit lazy for the hostess to keep shouting our name when it's our turn inside knowing full well it's so packed people are sitting out in the secondary waiting room where she can't be heard. Luckily, another dinner opened the door, so we heard her finally. Get up and announce outside or use the PA?! The QR code for paying with the app, BEWARE! As we usually do, we used our IHOP app to pay, and we got a charge alert from our bank, but the amount was way different and more expensive than our check. It took over 15 minutes for them to cancel and reprocess. Thank goodness for bank alerts! Almost 40 dollars more than our check! The waitress..... we get your busy, but at least refill our drinks once. At least.... The food was yummy. Everything was correct. So thankful you have gluten free pancakes.
