Being gluten sensitive, IHOP was at the bottom of my list. They add a dash of batter to their eggs when making omelets in which I found out the hard way. So I was at the bottom of the list and IHOP was the only late night option. They have revamped their menu to accommodate GF guests. You can now get an egg white omelet or requests to have real eggs used without the added batter. This is in conjunction with the GF pancakes and waffles. The entire menu has opened up to GF individuals.
