Overall, cleanliness is bad! IHOP looks more and more like "The Waffle House," of which I have always considered a greasy-spoon... I am and continue to be a loyal customer due to the food and service being consistently good, and they are one of the only restaurants with gluten-free pancakes that are delicous!
