I placed order thru the internet for my breakfast...I received confirmation of the order and a time to pick it up.... After waiting more than 30 minutes the workers decided they never received my order yet the money was taken out of my account! I could not get IHOP to refund my money - (I now had waited 50 minutes over and was late taking medication that needed to go with food.) you have to go thru an app that starts with eat... everyone working the grill area just kept saying we are working on it when in fact they did NOT HAVE THE ORDER! Because it was not a good day for me, the manager filled the order very nicely, the food was good and GLUTEN FRIENDLY which I needed. So, Food was great, manager was really nice but how they handle the app NEEDS a lot of work!
