This place is not in one of the greatest neighborhoods but the restaurant is always clean with friendly waiters and waitresses. Prices are good and the food is the same as almost any IHOP that you would find. Thank you to the restaurant owners who put gluten-free foods on their menus our community greatly appreciate that . The servers are what really make the difference. I would say to regularly check your reserved handicap spots for people who are parking there without a disabled license plate or tag. This is a common problem that I've seen at this location and these people need to understand and know that those spots are specifically those people for mobility disabilities and in wheelchairs. Start reporting these people and giving them fines and they will stop parking in those spots.

the food was good, but the bacon was a little underwhelming. also sad that there weren’t any gluten free omelets, but the gluten free pancakes were good. the best part of this experience was our waiter. she was so kind and tended to all our needs and hustled everywhere. her name was su wei. very much appreciate her and definitely was amazing.
