Has gluten free options even though they're not designated on the menu. Take care, it's all about the food prep. Make sure they don't mix utensils and cookware but I had a good experience. The meal was a special 2 part seasonal order, the first part containing gluten which I gave to another person at the table, the second part without gluten. I chose eggs, ham, and hash browns. Very filling and didn't cause any problems.
If you're eating gluten-free, be sure you do not order the omelets or milkshakes. Even though these items are generally safe, IHOP uses gluten as a thickening agent.
