I am a regular at this restaurant, always great service, usually a decent wait time. I have Celiac so I have to have gluten-free food essentially. It was obviously my job to read the fine print that is microscopic at the bottom of the page where it mentions they can not say their food is 100% gluten-free. I do know the risk of eating out, but when I ask for gluten-free food and they tell me it's gluten-free I expect they would tell me it's not actually because of cross contamination. I had an incident a while back where I got the gluten free Belgian waffle, after taking a few bites I realized it was making me sick. I mentioned this to my waiter and she mentioned that the food was indeed gluten-free and she went to check which I appreciated. She came to the same verdict and in turn, I was room ridden for the rest of the day. I ask that you please disclose the fact that your food is not at all gluten-free because you don't clean or have separate areas to cook the so called gluten-free foods. Thank you.
