The gluten free pancakes may be at risk for cross contamination for gluten for celiacs but the staff is more than willing to clean all the surfaces to limit any exposure and have special gluten free tools. The original pancakes taste the same as the gluten ones. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. Mylee and the chef manager, Freddy, really deserve a raise and the tip we gave. Frank came out personally to ease my worries. Highly recommend. Yes they aren't FDA regulated but they're still careful. Freddy is awesome at his job and walks around to check on how everything turned out personally and checked on us personally to assure everything was perfect. I told him it was and he said it's what they aim for. Go to Ihop. We got my pancakes, a country steak meal for my roommate and two milkshakes which causes them to get a big tip. 🤗
