The waitress came off as very uninterested and plain out lazy. The seating was peculiar since everyone was put in the corners of the restaurant and not the middle, not a single person. Anyways the actual issue I have with this establishment was that my sister with cyliacs had specifically ordered the omelet without the whesy mix or a sprinkle of flour. When they brought it out and asked the waitress, she was sure it had no gluten she assured us that she let the kitchen know about the allergy and told us it didn't. It did. Then she had the cook come out and tell us the same story. Unfortunately, my sister had to run to the bathroom to throw up because this single IHop could not handle doing something different to accommodate my sister.
