The wait time was a little long, but the staff were doing everything in their power to accelerate the rate in which the tables were turned. My server Ronda was very friendly and understanding about menu substitutions. The kitchen staff was quick to put out the food as well as insured the quality and temperature of the meal. Their gluten free options were plentiful and cross contamination was minimal. The only reason I rate this location 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was no public wifi. Overall a top tier IHop, well worth the wait, bravo Ronda.
