We went because they have gluten free pancakes so my friend could eat with us Not only was the service slow despite the restaurant being almost empty, they messed up the order of gluten free pancakes so my friend got one slice of bacon and hashbrowns That's a straight up nope, never again

We arrived at 6:36, it took until 7:45 to get our food and when we did it was pathetic. My roommate requested the gluten free pancakes, three times. When they brought them out they were blueberry, and they informed her that they didn’t have gluten free. It took over an hour to tell her she couldn’t eat. Thankfully she was cautious about eating the pancakes. She came here specifically for that, because she has a medical condition that she can’t have gluten, We were never offered refills, even on water. We were starving by the time we were served. There must only be one waiter, and he’d disappear for long periods. Other customers around us had to get up and wander the place looking for silverware. We had to get up to get our checks, and they charged her $5 for a single piece of bacon and a sad amount of hashbrowns. Disappointing experience, now I know not to go to this location again.

I am gluten-free and tried their gluten-free lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes and they taste like regular pancakes. Can't tell they are gluten-free. They were amazing. The service is always great at IHOP.
