I like how fast and good the food and service is. I also appreciate the extra cost and effort to provide healthier options (ex: simply Heinz, organic/ no HFCS jellies, gluten free, etc.) that other restaurants do not. IHOP is a favorite for my family and other restaurants are falling behind.
