I am grateful that IHOP has gluten free pancakes as an option. They do a good job with them and they taste great. Where they fail is on billing. Their clever Stack Exchange rewards program won't pay out GF pancakes, and their ability to sub out a buttermilk pancake for a GF one is broken. This weekend my "slight upcharge" to replace the pancake that came with my meal with a GF one was 40% of the cost of my meal. They don't give their staff the necessary tools to make their great GF pancakes available.

This place is always great, the staff is very friendly, the restaurant is clean, and I have a gluten allergy and their gluten friendly waffles are awesome!
