As a Celiac, Who Has to Eat Gluten Free, and was Looking Forward to a Nice, Hot Omelette, it was Extremely Disappointing to Learn that IHOP, to Make Their Omelettes "Fluffy" Adds Pancake Batter.

Food was good, service was great, they need to clean the building a lot better. My son who is allergic to mold started to flare up by the end of our meal. I noticed that the vents have not been cleaned in I think since the place was built. You can see mold and mildew build up. As soon as he came outside he was immediately feeling better. The only food allergy he has is shellfish and I know IHOP does not have that. However he is highly allergic to mold and water damaged buildings which would explain his flare up. I want to take him back because they have the gluten friendly options for myself which is really hard to find and the staff is so awesome! I just want them to clean the building for our next visit.
