We drove a little out of our way to go to your restaurant because my wife is gluten free and we thought you had decent options for her. She ordered a gluten sensitive waffle, 2 eggs and 2 straps of bacon. The waitress brought out all of the order except the waffle. She said the cook was having problems with it sticking to the waffle iron. We ate our meal and were just about done when the waitress said it would be a little longer because he is still having problems with sticking. We said forget it only paid for the eggs and bacon (which should have been comped). It's hard to believe an IHop can't make a waffle when a hotel continental breakfast makes it seem pretty simple. Sorry....no excuses.

The service was bad and management was bad. We asked about the gluten free menu items that were supposed to be there but no one knew how to fix them. My family will not be going back to that ihop anytime soon. The ihop was located in Liberal Kansas
