I told the server that I was allergic to soy and gluten up front. I checked the online menu before going and, based on what was safe for me online, ordered 3 hard-boiled eggs, avocado, and bacon. We talked about the fat used and agreed that it wasn't safe for me. She brought out 2 poached eggs with the butter alternative on them, saying their machine doesn't make hard-boiled eggs. I sent them back. The avocado wasn't ripe. She brought out 2 new poached eggs. I'm glad I was able to eat but it's unnerving when staff don't take food allergies seriously and give me something that could have sent me to the hospital.
