IHOP

I wrote this in response to a question about their allergen-free friendliness... I believe they offer gluten free and dairy free as well as vegetarian. They are also very accommodating. When the Poblano omelet I ordered was extremely hot, the waiter noticed I pulled out some of the jalapenos, and he asked if I wanted a free glass of milk. I asked for sour cream and he brought that instead. When I said I couldn't have caffeine, but I like strong decaf, a manager overheard my conversation with our waiter and offered to make me a pot of double strength decaf. It was good, and I appreciated the extra care. I can't speak for all IHOPs because I haven't eaten at many, but this one truly cares about the customer. They deserve your business!

Pancakes dry & crumbley, waffle not cooked right...... Overall disappointing breakfast. Seems like the kitchen was understaffed..... We the customer suffered and paid full price for it. Sad way to run a PANCAKE HOUSE! The one redeeming quality was our server, TJ. Delightful & poised, he pulled off a pleasant visit for our group. **we ordered a GLUTEN FREE WAFFLE, it was made fresh and was delicious.
