TLDR; regular pancakes and waffles were good, gluten friendly pancake tasted fine, scrambled eggs and potatoes were undercooked.
Pros: waitress was friendly and accommodating, my family liked their pancakes and waffles, and they have a few gluten friendly options.
Cons: One order of eggs were flash fried on the outside and liquid on the inside, potatoes (both hash and cube) were undercooked. The hash browns were still hard strands on the inside, but burnt on the outside as well. The GF pancake and all the other food tasted good though!
Unfortunately, I began feeling sick after. I’m unsure if it was the few bites I had of the undercooked eggs/potatoes or if the gluten friendly pancake was contaminated.
