IHOP

Our server Marina, greeted from the minute we walked. She really understood our needs since my wife is Gluten. Marina ensured the order was done correctly. Thank you Marina. I’m new to the area and 1st experience at this IHOP visit the server horrible. My order was not done right. So I did not eat it. When we asked her to take my meal off the check since I did not eat it. I also asked why she hadn’t check in to see if everything was ok. She arrogantly replied “I did mot make you meal and that she busy. A simple apology would have worked. So thanks to Marina I will be back only in the evening.

Marina welcomed us with a warm and friendly demeanor. She was attentive and ensured our order was accurate and delivered in a timely manner. As someone with gluten intolerance, I greatly appreciated the care Marina took in confirming that my meal was prepared correctly and safely. Marina was an excellent server professional, personable, and conscientious and I wanted to take a moment to commend her for her outstanding service.
