I Heart Mac & Cheese - Virginia Beach, VA

The service from Jeremiah and the rest of the crew was top tier and we enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. I expected more from the basic Mac & Cheese which was just okay and the Vegan Delight was more pasta than anything else. We were happy they had gluten free pasta but honestly, weren't too impressed with our meal overall. The tator tots, however, were really good and seasoned well.

I want to take the time to sincerely thank Robert! Long story short i’m visiting for the week and have many food allergies and love to find new places to try when i travel that accommodate my diet! When I ordered for delivery sadly they were out of some ingredients. After a few calls to figure out a refund I decided to go in and check them out! I am so happy i did! the staff was so sweet and Robert handled the situation above and beyond! Very kind and professional and made sure i was taken care of! Was so happy to enjoy mac and cheese again! Bonus for gluten free& vegan options!!! the heart presentation is also so cute!!!!
