Food, Quality, Price: Flavours are great (gluten-free, non-dairy options are clearly stated). In the end I got pistachio, mocca, and hazelnut. All flavours were great with the right consistency. Ambience: Located in a shopping street, no dine-in. There's some benches to sit nearby. Service: The shop assistant was not friendly at all; I asked to try for a flavour but she said no due to "covid" which I thought made no sense.... she was clearly going to serve me the ice cream anyway. Plus the spoons are disposable 🤷🏻‍♀️ also heard from others who have visited and experienced unpleasant service from "grumpy Dutch women" (their words, not mine). I just think service is as crucial as delivering the right product.
