IL Covo Trattoria

Il Covo is a new Victoria fave for me! The garden patio is beautiful and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. Morgana, our server, was amazing and the food was excellent. Our group was looking for some vegan and gluten free options and she was so knowledgable and made great recommendations for everyone! We will be back for sure :)

We had the most incredible experience at Il Covo Trattoria in Victoria for a joint celebration of Mother’s Day and my 22nd birthday, made all the more memorable thanks to our amazing server, Willis. From start to finish, Willis went above and beyond to make our evening feel special and personal. He surprised us with a complimentary drink and a delicious birthday dessert on the house, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His charming personality, genuine compliments, and fantastic menu knowledge made us feel completely at ease and well taken care of. Every recommendation he made was spot-on — from cocktails to mains to dessert. Not only was the service 10/10, but the food and drinks were phenomenal. The team also did an excellent job accommodating gluten-free options, which we deeply appreciated. Willis truly elevated our celebration and gave us a night we won’t forget. Thank you for making it so special. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

My wife and I sat outside in the garden and had a wonderful time. The staff were polite and attentive, the food was truly amazing, they had plenty of gluten free options (not just salads), and the ambience was lovely. All in all, we'd highly recommend.
