The food. The food is the BEST Indian food in New York. The best thing is that it’s right here on Long Island in Deer Park. Chef Raj, is a master of flavor. He changes ordinary Indian cuisine and creates multiple levels of flavors that make his dishes heads and tails above most others. In addition, his menu is one of the most varied of any I ever had. Finally, his Gluten Free/Vegan options are most plentiful and provide for so many dietary restrictions. Raj is a consummate professional and a warm hearted human being. IndiSpice is my favorite Indian restaurant in NY!!!!
