If you are looking for a special place for breakfast or a snack this is an unmissable stop. This place, small but welcoming, surprised me above all for the quality of the desserts, which are a real experience for the palate and the eyes.
We tasted two spectacular creations:
- Cheesecake: a balanced delight between crunchiness and creaminess. The gluten-free chocolate and walnut biscuit base adds a rustic and intense note, while the baked Philadelphia cream cheese is wrapped in a thin layer of chocolate, which gives the perfect finishing touch. Visually it resembles a small wheel of cheese, I would have admired it again and again! But my partner rightly wanted to eat his dessert...
- Cone: a small pastry masterpiece, which, if I understand correctly, they only make in the winter period. A soft chocolate mousse hides a heart of egg liqueur. The chocolate coating with toasted almonds adds the right crunchiness to the internal softness.
A highly recommended place for dessert lovers, with quality ingredients and impeccable aesthetics.
