I Tre Mori

What a wonderful find while in Indiana! As a celiac, I was delighted to be able to enjoy so many wonderful options. My mom and I split the Eggplant Parmesan appetizer, the pizza and a FABULOUS cheesy pasta dish. Everything was amazing. And to top it off, we had the most helpful and kind hostess. Would definitely recommend.

After reading a positive review about gluten free pizza at Tre Mori, my wife (who has a gluten allergy) and I decided to eat there. The result: a burnt crust, no serving spatula to remove the pizza from the pan, and ill cut slicing, making removal impossible. The server offered to have another pizza made, but we declined. We wanted to talk with managenent, but were informed there was no on duty manager or owner present. With a plethora of good pizza establishments nearby, we will not be returning. Sadly, this was our first visit.

My family loved the regular pizza but I’m gluten free and was looking forward to trying their wood fired version, which was a total disappointment. It was the same small frozen crust that every restaurant in Indiana uses. Papa John’s makes a better GF and Digiorno does even better. Sad that a quality Italian restaurant like this refuses to put any effort in a GF crust.
