The black charcoal toast with avocado and mushrooms had a strange taste, as the avocado was bitter and the mushrooms had too much vinegar.
I expected the cold-pressed juice to be freshly made, but it was just taken out of the fridge from a previous batch.
Cold-pressed juice loses enzymes as it is made, so it must be drunk immediately after it is made. The staff couldn't speak English, so I couldn't even confirm whether the sourdough bread was gluten-free.
