iVegan Cafe Restaurant

Went there for the rare vegan options in Manila. The Gyoza was good. Asked for some bread on the side and got a single slice of basic toast (gluten free). The Pasta Salad was basically just noodles with a very small amount of lemon dressing - didn‘t taste like a lot. The restaurant has a nice interior, even tho it‘s to cold and the atmosphere was very silent - you could hear every word on the table next to you.

Serving Western food with a dash of Asian favorites, iVegan Restaurant offers free wifi and free charging of gadgets (for diners only). My favorite is chickpea and lentil moussaka. It can fill your stomach the way you feel the same when you eat meat. Special mention to their smoothies served with edible straws - fresh, no preservatives, and all natural. Banana oats and beets are the ones I tried - I love ‘em! For parking, Greenbelt has lots of paid parking options. From there, you can walk for 10 minutes or so to reach this restaurant. TIP: Fruits and veggies are delivered to them every Thursday and Saturday. If you happen to dine during these days, you can ask the waiters/waitresses if they have off-menu dishes based from what kinds of veggies and fruits they have in stock. Btw, no outdoor seating. For those who carry pets to dine, I was assured they allow pets inside. The menu is not too overwhelming however it is best if they have photos of how dishes look like. It helps a lot to choose faster - I swear. I love though that they have this mark what dish is gluten free and refined sugar free. Overall, I highly recommend iVegan Restaurant Makati not only for those who are already vegans or vegetarians. Despite its location, prices are affordable. If you want to have a taste of what is a plant-based diet is all about, get here quick.
