Ian’s used to have GREAT gluten free pizza, but I just got one tonight and they must have changed crust suppliers because it was awful. It was so tough and like cardboard to chew. Also, it seemed like the toppings were just thrown on and barely baked (I ordered pineapple, and it was basically raw, obviously had not been cooked at all). I’m so disappointed, I used to love this place!

The vegetarian gluten-free pizza is the best I've ever eaten anywhere. It's just a stone throw away from the beautiful oriental theater. Warm atmosphere with all the ovens cooking. It's cool to see the doughy dough being flung into the air the size of the circular family dinner table.

My twenty something son likes this ready to eat, by the slice pizza place more than I do, but I am more of a traditional pizza guy. The strength of the place is the variety of sometimes quirky pizzas. The restaurant and staff are friendly and inviting. Half the choices were vegetarian, vegan, or gluten friendly. We enjoyed our slices and I would recommend this place to friends.
