One particular member of staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful. She couldn't do enough for us and made our stay really memorable. We wish it could be like this wherever we go!! Her name is Tracey in the restaurant. She is so genuine and natural with how she treats the customers.
Also the Manageress, Paulina was really helpful with my Gluten free intolerance meal and she helped us with directions to Asda. She came and chatted to us after our meal and was very friendly too.
All this has made our stay at the Ibis a pleasurable experience. We've been here before and we will be back but this was an exceptional visit due to the staff.
