Ice Age Meals

I cannot say enough about Ice Age Meals. They are delicious (which surprised me), hearty portions (enough for a man for dinner), and fairly priced. I have an autoimmune condition that i'm trying to treat naturally, and have to avoid dairy, gluten, and soy. However, I work full time at a hospital and on my Master's Degree full time, so I have no time to shop/prep/clean. If I don't pay for healthy meal prep, I'll be eating quick junk, and I can feel diabetes breathing down my neck as it is. Could I eat cheaper buying from the grocery store? Yes. Could I eat dairy/gluten/soy free all organic from the grocery store cheaper? Absolutely not. Even if I could, I don't have the time to. I'm thanking God every day that I saw Nick on Shark Tank, because unless getting healthy is made easy and convenient for me, I won't do it. Also, I've lost 9 pounds in 4 weeks without doing anything else differently (and I eat tortilla chips almost every day). Give Ice Age Meals a chance people, they can make it much easier to change your lifestyle.

This was my first time to order and I did the 14 meal box. I especially looked for a meal service due to my busy work schedule. My work brings in meals during busy season; however due to milk and gluten intolerance I typically can't eat what is brought in and I don't have time to meal prep. This year I wanted to be prepared and bought meals from two meal prep companies. The first week I purchased from a fresh meals company (not frozen meals). The second week I ordered from IceAge. I prefer IceAge for two reason, they taste so yummy and I did not waste food because they are frozen. The breakfast meals are great and my favorite meal was the ribs; however each meal I had was surprisingly very tasty. I love that they are frozen and I can eat them when I need to eat them or save them for later.
