Homemade ice cream shop. Not all of their flavors are gluten free, but many / most are. Cord (employee) was very knowledgeable about the processes used for making the various flavors and was able to tell us which were gluten free and which were not. They also offered to use a clean scoop for our ice cream, and when we asked about the chances of anything from the cones having gotten into the flavors, they offered to scoop ours from new containers - and did! Additional shout outs to Rachel and Alex for their service and smiles!
