Ice Cream Social

I just got back home from getting ice cream and I decided to look on their website out of curosity. I noticed that one of the vegan ice creams that I purchased contains gluten and I have a gluten allergy. I specifically asked the young Girl which vegan ice cream flavor wasn't gluten free and she goes " the one with the cookie or the prezel one" however she did not say anything about the toasted almond flavor. I called and double checked and the only thing she can say is Sorry! There needs to be labels so customers can see which ones are and aren't gluten free because this young girl didn't know anything as she had to ask her coworker. Don't you have any ingredient list somewhere so the employees can look and not say " I guess??" Because that is what she said initially when I asked her. And if you are going to offer vegan ice cream, you should also offer vegan milk, vegan whipped cream and toppings! Do better, Social ice cream! If you cater to people with food restrictions/ dietary restrictions, you should inform your staff so they are knowledgeable. $23 down the toilet, literally!
