Ice Cream Theory

Ice Cream Theory is 5 stars for so many reasons. They offer many different specialty cones, gluten free cones, multiple flavors of ice cream, made while you wait waffle cones, and delicious gelato. Also, the owner, Jason, is one of the nicest guys I’ve met. I highly recommend Ice Cream Theory as your go to for amazing ice cream and customer service!

They advertise gluten free options, but the employee had no idea what gluten was. She said there was a gluten free cone, but did not which of the ice creams or Gelato were gluten free and pointed me to the dairy free options. Don't advertise gluten free options and not train your employees on what is gluten free. Very disappointing.
