Great sushi although there were surprisingly few gluten free options. The staff were helpful regarding the GF options, although the menu tablet gave allergy info you can't beat talking to a human! Food arrived quickly and the staff were attentive. This place is BUSY so definitely make a reservation

Delicious gluten-free food. Good advice from the staff, who are very helpful in this regard. Advice: make a reservation so you can be sure you can go. Especially if you have a concert in the Ziggo afterwards.

Price and quality ratio is reasonable to good. Sushi is "slightly" tastier than the all you can eat sushi restaurants, but the other dishes are not necessarily better. Fried rice was dry and lamb chop fair. The dishes are presented in a "nicer" way.  (Rating: 7.5) Service is reasonable, probably a lot of new staff because during our visit there were up to 3 spills, wrong order delivered and little knowledge (for example which dishes are or are not gluten free is minimal) Should be better for an a la carte restaurant! (Rating: 6.5) In terms of comfort (downstairs) it is sometimes like a chicken coop. It just didn't match the prices charged. There were 6 of us sitting at a table for 4... it was a constant struggle to find where there was room on the table. We only used a cupboard next to our table... bench where the 3 of us sat on... was not comfortable... cushions could "maybe" help somewhat... it was not good food... :-( (Rating: 5.5) The above points give Ichi an average score: 6.5. I actually expected more. My 5 colleagues all gave an average of 6.8.
