My wife and I as well as my daughter and son in-law had dinner there tonight for the first time and it was fantastic. Our server, Alison, and the server she was training, Angelina, definitely made our dining experience special. My daughter needs to eat gluten-free and they made sure to check that everything she had was gluten-free. They were very attentive and Alison actually asked about allergies before taking our orders. The food was fantastic!! Also, we mentioned my wife and son in-laws birthday's were coming up on Friday so they brought out ice cream for both of them. If you have never been there I highly recommend this place. I am glad we went and it won't be our last time

My wife and I went to Ichiban Japanese restaurant for sushi after reading the reviews on “Find Me Gluten Free”. We were welcomed as we entered and we asked about a gluten free menu and were told we should tell our waiter and they would help us. Our waiter, Day was FANTASTIC!! He was knowledgeable, helpful and professional! He let us know what items were gluten free, in fact we had him basically order for us after we said my wife is celiac and we follow a totally Gluten Free diet! Day, double check that our drink was gluten free, it was a seltzer that we had never had before. Day ordered for us and double checked with the sushi chef’s that everything was gluten free and No cross contamination could have happened! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ICHIBAN Japanese restaurant, I am sure all waitstaff are knowledgeable but if you can Get Day as your waiter we are Very Sure you will be Cared for expertly!!
