We had such a good time at Ichiban for my daughter’s birthday! We had Fabian as our server, and he was so kind and patient with me having celiac disease. He was knowledgeable and I felt super safe eating here! The service was on point and the sushi definitely was great too!

I appreciated Jayda’s knowledge of the gluten free menu and ability to take of me as someone with celiac disease. Food was OK, sort of expensive for the quality but not terrible. For folks with dietary restrictions I think this is a good option.
