Ernie is absolutely the best manager & server!!!! She has an uncanning ability to remember orders and your preferences once you dine-in a couple times. She's very good at surprising you with rolls if you tell her what you like. I'm a very particular customer, because I have Celiac. I can't have anything with Gluten; soy sauce, imitation crab, nothing fried, etc. Kevin (owner and lead chef) and Ernie take great care in making sure I have a safe eating environment.
My daughter and I eat here several times a week.
