First off, this is what green tea is supposed to taste like. They had a lot of great ramen options for a cold winter day. They were able prepare them with gluten free noodles in most cases to make the gluten friendly (not gluten-free). I think its interesting as a Japanese cuisine restaurant, they don't have tamari. Tamari in place of soy sauce would have made these gluten free. It was also interesting they didn't cut the egg in half.
The service was super nice and attentive.
I will return to this restaurant.
